Don't recognise a charge?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. On your bank or card statement the charge appears as:

That's us — UP2U is operated by TABACU TUDOR-LUCREȚIU P.F.A. If something looks wrong, email support@up2uagency.info before disputing it with your bank — we'll sort it out far faster than a chargeback, and almost every "unknown charge" is simply this descriptor.

Refunds & order changes

Course & account access

Access to digital products is sent to the email you used at checkout, usually within 24 hours of payment. If you haven't received your access or can't log in, check your spam folder first, then email us and we'll get you in.
