The Application Review add-on ($49) and Accent Advantage + Feedback ($89) follow the same rule as Tier 2 — refundable within 7 days, but only before you submit your materials for review, since the review is the product. Access to any digital materials is revoked once the refund is issued.

Tier 3 is a hands-on placement service, not a digital product. The moment you're accepted, our team starts working — reviewing your case, coordinating with schools, coaching your video, handling documents. There's no inventory to return. The work is the deliverable.
Instead of a money-back refund, Tier 3 uses a split-payment performance structure: $375 upfront, $375 once your school contract is signed. Or $600 upfront with a $150 early-pay discount. The second installment isn't due until you have a contract. Our incentive is your placement, not your application fee.
Here's the actual deal: if you join Tier 3 and do your part — the practice, the videos, the coaching feedback, the application work — we will get you hired in Vietnam. Both sides play their part. If you play yours, we play ours.

Tier 3 issues: Tier 3 doesn't have a refund window — it has a "we keep working until you're hired" continuation. If you feel the work isn't moving, email us and we set up a call to look at what's happening on both sides of the deal.
Tier 1: the window is simply the 7 days from purchase. Once it passes, refunds are not issued — you keep the access for as long as the product runs.
Tier 2: the window is 7 days from purchase OR until you submit your first feedback request, whichever comes first. Once either happens, refunds are not issued for Tier 2 — you keep the access, including your 2 feedback rounds, for as long as the product runs.
