Tier 3 is a hands-on placement service, not a digital product. The moment you're accepted, our team starts working — reviewing your case, coordinating with schools, coaching your video, handling documents. There's no inventory to return. The work is the deliverable.
Instead of a money-back refund, Tier 3 uses a split-payment performance structure: $375 upfront, $375 once your school contract is signed. Or $600 upfront with a $150 early-pay discount. The second installment isn't due until you have a contract. Our incentive is your placement, not your application fee.
Here's the actual deal: if you join Tier 3 and do your part — the practice, the videos, the coaching feedback, the application work — we will get you hired in Vietnam. Both sides play their part. If you play yours, we play ours.

Neither TEFL option is refundable. The DIY path ($39) gives you immediate access to a third-party accredited course; the We Handle path ($180) is a service we begin the moment you pay. In both cases the value is delivered right away, so neither is eligible for a refund.
